The experimental setup for the pre- and post-test. Pre- and the post-test were identical in both groups. Power output was set using the pulley system (0.23Â W/kg). Treadmill speed was 1.11Â m/s. The Optipush wheel measured 3D forces and torques applied to the handrim by the participant.
